We were happy with our choice of accommodation in the Lake Como area. The B&B is a good base for all places we wanted to see - Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and Como itself. The location is great, the view from the terrace and even the bathroom was unbeatable. A short few minutes drive by car brings you to the historic center of Como and the waterfront, we had no issues finding parking. Room size was sufficient for 3 adults and the terrace a bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring lake Como. We loved having breakfast made for us, could ask for different style of eggs each day, ham and cheese and sweet Italian breakfast, fruits. Staff is super friendly and communication regarding check-in per WhatsApp very efficient. Overall a great stay!

Since booking Vista Lago, we have been so excited and it didn't disappoint! The views from the B&B were out of this world amazing! Our room was beautiful, immaculately clean and tidy, and smelt wonderful. The finishing touches were all top quality. The bedding and towels felt luxurious. The toiletries smelt lovely. Stunning outside space. The mini bar was a lovely touch and very reasonably priced. The staff that we met couldn't have been more helpful and informative. I wish we had stayed longer than one night!

The view is really a highlight, also the kindness and flexibililty of the staff. We arrived a bit after their check-in hours, and got detailed self check-in instructions with photos attached. Room was clean and spacious with a terrace facing the lake and mountains. Sour breakfast was made fresh based on our wishes and my dietary limitations, the self service sweet italian breakfast included pastry, bread, fruit, cereals, jam, honey, nutella... Coffe was perfect, nespresso, I couldn't resist drinking 2 cups🙏. Parking spot is private in front of the building.

A really pleasant surprise of facilities and layout on the inside. I read a review about someone having a shower with a view of the lake… and it’s true!! It’s really well designed and the quality of fittings is really rather good. Parking is also good. We had a sports car that rides low and even that just about cleared the entrance and ramp. Just go slowly!

Our room was a lake/garden view room and had a great view of the lake. Parking was on the top of the rooms and you have to take stairs down to the rooms. One of the best features of the room was the AC, given the temperature in late June/early July. It worked well and was very quiet. The outer wall was window and glass door which exited onto a terrace with a table and chairs and offered a great view of the lake. Breakfast was a selection of cheeses, cold cuts and pastries (typical throughout the north). Scrambled eggs were available upon request also. Outside seating was an option for breakfast. This was a great place to stay in Como; far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the town. The hosts were very accommodating in providing information about what to see and where to eat in the area. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had a wonderful time at VistaLago. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of Lake Como and mountains. The beautiful hortensias and the abundance of green trees surrounding the hotel made our stay even more wonderful. Our room, with its direct view of the lake, that was even possible from the shower, was absolutely amazing. The service was exceptional. The staff's warm and welcoming treatment made us feel right at home. Although breakfast was typically sweet Italian, the staff kindly prepared a salty breakfast for us, which we greatly appreciated. Our vacation was devoted to our 20th marriage anniversary and it made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend having a car, since the hotel is located on the hills far from the center of the city, the parking is available. Overall, our stay was perfect, Como is amazing. We will definitely return.

The design/look and feel of the building was really nice and the view from the room out to the lake was amazing. Also the best staff in a hotel I have ever met. 10/10 you must stay here if going to Lake Como.

Room is nice and spacious. Unlimited coffee and drinks displayed in the lobby. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We tried walking down the way to the bus stop but it was far and dangerous and we called the B&B staffs and they saved us in the middle of the street.

It was perfectly located with a gorgeous view of the lake (from the bed!) and easy to access from various directions. Our suite was super comfortable and spacious. Very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was abundant and offered many (healthy, thank you!) options.
